Care
Questions
A: We recommend you wash as little as possible. Hang it outside on a dry day and let the wind freshen it up, we call this wind washing. When you do wash it, use cool water with a mild detergent, rinsing well in cold water. A teaspoon of hazelnut oil in the final rinse helps restore the natural oil properties in the wool. Roll the sweater up in a towel to remove excess water and lay it out flat to dry. Dry cleaning can be used, but it damages the natural oils and their resistance to repel water. We recommend hand washing and that the garments are never washed in hot water, or put in a dryer. |
